Frequently Asked Questions

Straightforward answers about choosing and caring for adult-wellness products, safer use, privacy, accounts, shipping, and the planned checkout experience.

Can I place an order today?

Not yet. Satisfaction Toys currently provides a product catalog, educational guides, saved carts, wishlists, and optional accounts. Checkout, payment collection, order acceptance, fulfillment, returns, and order tracking are not available. The coming-soon notice will be removed only after payment, shipping, supplier, customer-support, and accessibility testing is complete.

Which payment methods will you accept?

PayPal is the planned payment provider, but payment is not active yet. Available PayPal funding methods will be shown during checkout after the integration is approved and tested. Satisfaction Toys will never ask you to email a password, full card number, or other payment credentials.

Where will Satisfaction Toys ship?

At launch, eligible standard orders are planned for the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. The supplier can serve Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and military addresses, but Satisfaction Toys will not enable those destinations until their rates, transit times, and customer-support procedures are tested. No destination is currently available because ordering has not opened.

How much will shipping cost?

The approved launch plan provides free standard shipping on eligible merchandise subtotals of $75 or more and a $9.99 standard-shipping charge below $75. Heavy, oversized, and special-handling products may be excluded and must show an approved freight charge before payment or remain unavailable for checkout. These rates are not active until ordering launches.

Will sales tax be added?

When checkout opens, Florida orders will use the tax rate for the delivery address, including any applicable destination-county surtax. Mandatory shipping may also be taxable because Satisfaction Toys is online only and does not offer customer pickup. Orders delivered outside Florida will include sales tax only where Satisfaction Toys is registered and required to collect it. The exact tax and complete total will be displayed before PayPal authorization.

Will the package be discreet?

The supplier has stated that drop-ship orders use discreet packaging and a blank packing list without its company name or wholesale pricing. Satisfaction Toys is still confirming the complete customer-facing packaging, carrier-label, tracking, and split-shipment experience before launch, so we will publish the final discreet-shipping promise only after an end-to-end test order passes.

Can I return an adult-wellness product?

There is no active returns service because orders are not being accepted. The supplier requires an RMA before a return and may request order details, photos, or video for a damaged or defective item. Before launch, Satisfaction Toys will publish the return window, hygiene restrictions, cancellation and damaged-item procedures, return-shipping responsibility, refund timing, and products that cannot be returned after opening. Those rules will not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.

How old must I be to use this website or buy a product?

You must be at least 18 and meet any higher age-of-majority or product requirement that applies where you live. The site is not intended for minors. A purchaser and the intended recipient of a gift must both meet the applicable age requirement, and products must be lawful at the delivery destination.

How do I choose a first sex toy?

Begin with the kind of experience you want rather than a product trend. External products often provide more immediate control because they can be moved away easily and do not require insertion. Compare exact dimensions, material information, controls, lowest intensity, lubricant compatibility, cleaning directions, and water-resistance instructions. A straightforward product that you can comfortably control is usually more useful than one with many unfamiliar features.

Is a bigger toy better?

No. Greater length or width does not guarantee greater pleasure and may make comfort, control, and gradual insertion more difficult. Start with dimensions that feel manageable, use enough compatible lubricant, and increase size only if you genuinely want a different sensation. Never force a product or treat pain as something you must push through.

What does “body safe” mean?

“Body safe” is a marketing claim, not the name of a material or a guarantee that every person will tolerate a product. Look for the exact material, manufacturer, intended body area, surface construction, lubricant compatibility, cleaning method, water-resistance rating, and complete instructions. Avoid relying on vague descriptions when the material or care requirements cannot be confirmed.

Which lubricant should I use?

Follow the instructions for the toy, lubricant, and any condom or barrier together. Water-based lubricant is compatible with many products and barriers, but labels take priority. Some silicone lubricants can affect some silicone or soft-touch products, and oil-based lubricants can weaken latex condoms. Stop using a product that becomes sticky, swollen, cloudy, soft, discolored, or otherwise changes after contact.

How should I clean a sex toy?

Read the manufacturer's instructions before the first use. When permitted, warm water and mild soap or a compatible toy cleaner may be appropriate. Switch powered products off, disconnect charging cables, and protect ports and battery compartments. Do not boil, bleach, submerge, place in a dishwasher, or expose a product to high heat unless its instructions expressly approve that method. Clean before and after use, then allow every surface to dry before storage.

How should products be stored?

Store clean, completely dry products separately in lint-free pouches or cases, away from direct sunlight, excess heat, humidity, children, and pets. Separating soft materials helps prevent surfaces from sticking, discoloring, or changing texture. Protect controls, charging ports, attachments, and cables from pressure, and inspect each product again before use.

Does waterproof mean I can submerge a toy?

Not always. Waterproof, water resistant, and splash resistant describe different limits, and product listings may not provide enough detail by themselves. Use the manufacturer's instructions as the authority. Do not submerge a product, charger, remote, battery compartment, or charging port unless the instructions explicitly say that the relevant part is designed for it.

Can partners share a sex toy?

Shared products can transfer body fluids and infections. Follow the cleaning instructions and use a new compatible condom or other suitable barrier for each person and before moving a product between body openings. A product used anally should not touch the vagina or mouth until it has been cleaned as directed or covered with a new barrier.

Can sex toys prevent pregnancy or sexually transmitted infections?

No. A sex toy or lubricant is not contraception and does not prevent sexually transmitted infections unless a specific regulated product is expressly designed and labeled for that purpose. Pregnancy can occur if wet semen is transferred to the vulva or vagina on a toy, fingers, or another object. Correct barrier use can reduce some risks but does not provide absolute protection.

What should I know before using a toy anally?

Use only a product designed for anal insertion with a flared base or another retrieval feature that remains outside the body. The anus does not produce its own lubrication, so use a generous amount of compatible lubricant, begin gradually, and keep control of the product. Never insert an object that could move fully inside. Seek urgent medical care rather than attempting a risky removal if a product cannot be removed safely.

Can a sex toy cause pain or injury?

Friction, force, unsuitable dimensions, damaged surfaces, incorrect use, and incompatible products can cause irritation or injury. Stop for pain, burning, bleeding, numbness, pinching, panic, or unexpected discomfort. Stop using a device that becomes unusually hot, changes speed unexpectedly, develops an odor, or appears damaged. Seek prompt medical care for severe symptoms, significant bleeding, a product that cannot be removed, or symptoms that persist or concern you.

Can I use a sex toy during pregnancy?

Many forms of sexual activity, including penetration with sex toys, may be acceptable during a healthy pregnancy, but individual complications can change that advice. Ask your obstetric clinician what is appropriate for your pregnancy, particularly if you have been advised to avoid penetration or sexual activity. Contact your clinician for heavy bleeding or severe or persistent cramping. General website information cannot evaluate your individual pregnancy.

Are product pages medical advice?

No. Product descriptions and Satisfaction Toys guides provide general educational and care information. They do not diagnose, prevent, or treat a medical condition and do not replace manufacturer instructions or advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Ask a clinician about persistent pain, bleeding, irritation, numbness, pregnancy concerns, sexual-function changes, medication effects, or other personal health questions.

Are prices, availability, and product details final?

No. Current product information comes from supplier data and may change before checkout opens. Satisfaction Toys is reviewing names, images, materials, dimensions, weights, claims, availability, and instructions. Confirm the displayed details during checkout when ordering becomes available and contact customer care when important information is missing or unclear.

Do I need an account to browse?

No. You can browse products and read guides without an account. An optional account supports features such as saved customer information and privacy requests. Your local cart and wishlist can also remain in the browser. Checkout requirements will be explained before ordering becomes available.

How does Satisfaction Toys protect my privacy?

Optional Google Analytics stays off unless you select Allow analytics. Necessary site storage supports the age acknowledgement, privacy choices, cart, and saved products. Account and newsletter information is handled separately for the features you request. Review the Privacy Notice for current services, retention, choices, and contact information.

How does the newsletter work?

Newsletter signup requires an email address and explicit marketing consent. A first name and topic preferences are optional, and selecting no topics still allows a general subscription. Messages include an unsubscribe link. Satisfaction Toys will not place your email address, name, consent details, or topic selections into advertising or analytics events.

How can I ask a product, privacy, or accessibility question?

Email hello@satisfaction.toys and describe the page, product, or feature involved. Do not include passwords, full payment details, identification documents, or unnecessary medical information. If a website barrier prevents access, you may request information in another available format without disclosing a disability or diagnosis.
