Planned Shipping & Tax Policy

Current status

Satisfaction Toys is an online-only Florida business and does not offer customer visits or local pickup. We are not accepting orders, delivery addresses, or payments yet. The rules below record the launch plan; they do not represent an active shipping or tax-collection service. Checkout will remain unavailable until PayPal, tax registration and calculation, supplier fulfillment, returns, and customer-support procedures pass launch review.

Standard shipping

Eligible orders of $75 or more will receive free standard shipping. Eligible orders below $75 will have a $9.99 standard-shipping charge. The threshold will use the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes or shipping charges.

The complete shipping cost will be displayed before the customer authorizes payment. Satisfaction Toys will not add an undisclosed shipping charge after payment. The flat rate and free-shipping offer apply only when every product in the shipment is eligible.

Where we plan to ship

Initial shipping will be limited to valid addresses in the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, and APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses will not be available at launch. These destinations may be added later only after supplier availability and actual freight rates are confirmed.

Heavy and special-handling products

Heavy, oversized, and special-handling products are not eligible for the $9.99 flat rate or the $75 free-shipping promotion. Their shipping charge must be calculated from a verified quote using the destination, package weight and dimensions, selected shipping method, and current carrier rates.

Checkout must show that charge before payment authorization. If a reliable quote is unavailable, the product or shipment cannot be submitted. Satisfaction Toys will not estimate freight from product weight alone or increase shipping after payment.

Sales tax

Florida sales tax will be calculated from the delivery address, not the Satisfaction Toys business location. A Florida order may include the 6% state rate and the destination county's applicable discretionary sales surtax. Because delivery is required and local pickup is unavailable, mandatory shipping or handling may also be included in the taxable amount under Florida rules.

For deliveries outside Florida, Satisfaction Toys will collect sales tax only in states where it is registered and required to collect it. The exact merchandise, shipping, discounts, tax, and total will be shown before the customer authorizes PayPal. PayPal will receive the same server-calculated total displayed by the storefront.

Supplier fulfillment information

The supplier reports that orders are typically processed within 24 business hours. Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time Monday through Friday are generally processed the same business day; later orders are generally processed the next business day. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

The supplier may use FedEx, UPS, USPS, OnTrac, DHL Express, ePost Global, or Canada Post, and an order may arrive in multiple packages. Tracking is provided after shipment. Before launch, Satisfaction Toys must still verify the customer-facing tracking messages, discreet packaging and carrier labels, split-shipment updates, delivery estimates, and procedures for lost, damaged, refused, or undeliverable packages.
