How the current Satisfaction Toys website handles account, cart, saved-product, newsletter, feedback, checkout, and analytics information.
Information we collect
If you create an account, we collect your email address and any profile or address information you choose to save. Cart and saved-product information may remain in your browser or be associated with your signed-in account. If you submit site feedback, we store your answer, optional comment, the page where you responded, and the submission time. The feedback form does not ask for your name or email address. Checkout is not available, so this site does not currently collect payment or order information.
How we use information
We use this information to provide account, cart, saved-product, security, and support features. Anonymous feedback is emailed to the Satisfaction Toys operators responsible for reviewing and improving the website. Optional Google Analytics remains off unless you select Allow analytics. If you join the newsletter, we use your email address, optional first name, selected topics, signup source, consent date, and subscriber status to manage your subscription.
Services and retention
Amazon Web Services hosts the website, authentication, catalog, and account data. Sendy manages newsletter subscriptions, and Amazon SES delivers newsletter messages and internal feedback notifications. Google Analytics receives usage information only after analytics consent. When checkout opens, PayPal will process payment information. Florida sales tax is calculated on our server from the selected delivery county and the official Florida Department of Revenue rate table; the delivery address is not sent to a separate tax provider. We retain account and order information as needed to provide the requested services and meet security, tax, accounting, and legal obligations. Newsletter messages include an unsubscribe link.
Your choices and contact
Signed-in customers can export account data, update privacy preferences, and request account deletion from the account page. Email hello@satisfaction.toys for access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions. Do not send passwords or sensitive payment information by email.
