Adults-Only Policy

Who may use this website

Satisfaction Toys is an adults-only website. You must be at least 18 years old, and at least the age of majority or other higher minimum age that applies where you live, to enter or use the site, create an account, join the newsletter, save products, or purchase or receive products when checkout becomes available. If you do not meet every applicable age requirement, do not use this website.

Some adult-wellness products may be restricted in particular states or local jurisdictions. Meeting the site's minimum age does not by itself mean that every product may lawfully be purchased, possessed, or used in your location. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you and the delivery address.

Age acknowledgement

Before accessing the site, visitors are asked to confirm that they are 18 or older. The acknowledgement is stored on the visitor's device so the prompt does not have to appear on every page. Clearing browser storage, using another browser, or using another device may cause the prompt to appear again.

This acknowledgement is a statement made by the visitor; it is not proof of identity and does not guarantee that a visitor is an adult. When required by law, a payment provider, or a reasonable fraud-prevention review, Satisfaction Toys may require an additional age-assurance step before allowing an account or order to proceed. Any such process must be described in the Privacy Notice before additional personal information is collected.

Accounts, orders, and delivery

You may not create or use an account, submit information, or place an order on behalf of a minor. You may not allow a minor to use your account, payment method, or age acknowledgement to access the site or obtain a product. Account holders are responsible for keeping their sign-in credentials private and for signing out on a shared device.

Checkout is not currently available. Before ordering is introduced, the purchaser must confirm the applicable age requirement and provide accurate billing and delivery information. Satisfaction Toys may refuse or cancel an account or order when it reasonably believes the age requirement has not been met, subject to applicable refund and consumer-protection law.

Gifts and intended recipients

Do not purchase, send, or make an adult-wellness product available to anyone who is under 18 or below the higher legal age that applies to that person. If an order is intended as a gift, both the purchaser and the intended recipient must meet the applicable age requirements, and the product must be lawful at the delivery destination.

Information involving a minor

Satisfaction Toys is not directed to children or teenagers and does not knowingly market to minors or knowingly collect their personal information. Because this is an adults-only service, parental permission does not authorize a minor to use the website, create an account, subscribe to marketing, or purchase or receive products.

If you believe a minor has provided personal information, created an account, or subscribed to the newsletter, email hello@satisfaction.toys. Include enough information to locate the record, but do not send identification documents, passwords, payment information, medical information, or other sensitive material by email. We will review the report and take appropriate steps, including restricting access and deleting information when required by law.

Parents, guardians, and shared devices

Parents and guardians should supervise internet use and use device, browser, router, or operating-system controls that fit their household. The site's age prompt is one access safeguard, but no online age gate can replace household supervision or prevent every false statement about age.

If a shared device has retained an adult visitor's age acknowledgement, clear the site's browser storage and history, sign out of any account, and review the device's content and purchase controls. Enforcement and questions

We may restrict access, suspend or close an account, remove a subscription, or refuse an order when we reasonably believe this policy has been violated. These measures do not limit any consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited. We may revise this policy as checkout, age-assurance practices, or legal requirements change.
