Accessibility

How Satisfaction Toys supports accessible browsing and helps when a part of the website creates a barrier.

Our commitment

Satisfaction Toys wants adults with disabilities to be able to browse products, read educational information, manage privacy choices, and use account features with dignity and independence. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our design and review target. This is a continuing goal, not a claim that every page works perfectly with every device or assistive technology.

Accessibility practices

The website includes a skip link, visible keyboard focus, structured headings, descriptive controls, text alternatives for meaningful images, labeled forms, status announcements for changing content, and support for reduced-motion preferences. We design pages to reflow at smaller screen sizes and to remain usable when browser text or page zoom is increased.

We check key browsing, account, privacy, cart, and product-selection tasks with automated tools and tests. Automated results cannot show how well a complete task works for a person, so keyboard and assistive-technology testing remain part of our review process.

How we can help

If a website barrier prevents you from finding product information, reading a guide, managing an account, or using another available feature, we will work with you on an accessible alternative. Depending on the request, we can provide written product or policy information in a simpler format, explain how to reach a feature, or help identify another way to complete the available task.

Checkout and ordering are not available yet, and we cannot accept payment information or place an order by email. When checkout is introduced, accessibility testing and a way to request assistance will be required before launch.

Compatibility and current limitations

The site uses HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WAI-ARIA where native HTML alone cannot describe an interactive control. It is intended to work with current major browsers and common assistive technologies. Older browsers, unusual browser and assistive-technology combinations, supplier-provided product content, or third-party account services may create barriers that we have not identified.

Current automated checks report no accessibility failures on the main catalog, shop, finder, account, cart, and accessibility pages. Manual checks with VoiceOver, TalkBack, keyboard-only navigation, high zoom, and physical mobile devices are still in progress. Please report a problem even if an automated check did not find it.

Privacy when requesting assistance

You do not need to disclose a disability, diagnosis, or medical information to request accessibility help. Describe the barrier and the result you need. Never send a password, payment details, or other sensitive account information by email.

Request accessibility help

Email hello@satisfaction.toys and tell us which page or feature you were using, what you were trying to do, and what went wrong. If you are comfortable sharing them, the browser, device, and assistive technology can help us reproduce the problem. You can also tell us which format or method would work better for you.

We will acknowledge the request, review the barrier, and work with you on an available alternative. Issues that prevent access to core information or account and privacy features receive priority. If a repair needs more investigation, we will keep you informed about the next step.
